2019 VBSL SPRING TRAVEL BASEBALL TRYOUTS

The Verona Baseball Softball League will be holding tryouts for our 2019 SPRING TRAVEL BASEBALL teams.

TRYOUT DATE(S):   THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 15 & SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 17

*Time and location of tryouts at each specific level (8U, 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U & 14U) to be determined once registration numbers are finalized*

All eligible players

must attend at least one tryout; We recommend players attend both sessions. If

a player is unable to attend one of the designated tryout times, you must

contact the below VBSL representative to arrange a tryout in advance of the

above dates. There will be no additional tryout dates offered beyond the dates

set forth above as teams will be selected following the November 17 tryout.    

Over the course of the

Spring travel season, players will engage in a limited amount of indoor

training (January/February/March), outdoor training (once the weather permits)

and games and/or tournaments (from April through the middle of June). The

Spring travel baseball team practice/game/tournament schedule will be determined

by the manager of the team at each respective level. All participants must

register for the VBSL in-town baseball league prior to the travel season and

attend 75% of the in-town league games/practices to maintain standing on the Spring

travel baseball roster. 

ALL INTERESTED PARTICIPANTS MUST

REGISTER BY FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 9. To register, visit our

website at www.veronabaseballsoftball.com. Registration can be found under "Spring Travel Tryout Registrationâ?? on the league website. The

VBSL reserves the right to cancel tryouts at any prospective level based on the

number of registered participants as of the above registration deadline.

Any individuals interested in managing one of our Spring travel baseball teams

must submit their name for consideration to the below VBSL representative by Friday,

November 9.
