Girls in the 3rd and 4th Grade play games using a 11" softball .  This is a competitive league where standings are kept and there are playoffs. Games will be held with other towns and some travel is required.  Approximately 10-12 games are played with a mix of coach pitching and girls pitching, and professional umpires calling the game. Games and practices are held Sunday through Saturday. Participants receive a shirt, pants, socks, with belt and a visor.  A softball glove is required.
