2016 Summer Baseball & Softball Team Tryouts

The Verona Baseball Softball League will be holding tryouts for our 2016 Summer Baseball and  TRAVEL teams. All participants must be register prior to tryouts. Register under Summer tryout registration.

Baseball:  Saturday & Sunday, May 21 & 22

**Information regarding American Legion Summer Baseball (Incoming High School Freshmen Eligible) will be provided at a later date.

All eligible players must attend at least one tryout; We recommend players attend both sessions.  If a player is unable to attend one of the designated tryout times, you must contact one of the below-referenced travel commissioners to arrange a tryout in advance of the above dates.  There will be no additional tryout dates offered beyond the dates set forth above as teams will be selected following the May 22 ^nd tryout.  

Players will participate in an 8 week season comprised of practice and games.  Season begins in early June and will continue into late July/early August. All eligible participants must have played for a spring in-town team and attended 75% of the in-town games/practices.
